I am LOVING purple lately, which is kind of strange, as I don't really consider myself a purple person. (In fact, I've only posted ONE other purple inspiration board to date: it's here, in case you're wondering!) Plum and dark chocolate, with a hint of sage and peachy pink to lighten things up, is such a gorgeous palette for fall, though, don't you think? I'm also quite taken with the dimension and texture the halved figs and blackberry cluster centerpieces bring to this board.

I'm so psyched to see you linking to Jodi Miller's work! We went to college at JMU (lived on the same floor freshman year) and through the wonders of facebook I discovered her photography blog a while back. Her pictures are beautiful!

Hi Caroline! That is so, so funny! I'm not sure if you know, but Jodi just got married this fall, and I believe her photographer is going to be sending me the images from her wedding for us to consider for the next issue of SW! Small world!
