Isn't the cross neat? Everyone was invited to bring a flower to stick on it, and by the end of the third service, it was beautiful!
We also checked off goal no. 1 on my 101 in 1001 list, paying for the car behind me in the drive-through line! If any of you are considering doing this, I would highly recommend it! I might be a huge dork, but it's kind of a rush :) And every cashier I've ever encountered is either excited about it, or, at the least, unfazed, so don't worry about that.
What did y'all do this weekend?
Oh, I love that strawberries are so in season right now! I wish our church had a community garden!
ReplyDeleteP.S. Just started a blog giveaway for a designer scarf http://bit.ly/dDZ7b1
Where are these strawberries!? Sounds like so much fun!
ReplyDeleteAhhh you must go! It's the Phillips Family Farm in Morrisville/Cary (http://tinyurl.com/67udx5d). Their strawberries are delicious!
ReplyDeleteYour weekend looks lovely and I love that dress, Emily!
ReplyDeleteAwww thank you, Paloma! It was from American Eagle, of all places :)
