Took me long enough, but I'm ready to get on the Toms bandwagon. Granted, it's a pretty good bandwagon to get on: for every pair of shoes purchased, Toms will donate a pair of new shoes to a child in need. The only decision left? Which color to buy.
Should I go glam, with either the gold herringbone or gold glitter?
Or should I go more basic, with either the navy or ash?
Thoughts? Do you have a pair of Toms? Do you like them?

I REALLY want a pair! I'm having the same dilemma! One of my friend has the gold ones, and they're adorable! I would go with either those or the navy blue! She said they're really comfortable, and true to their size! Good luck!
ReplyDeleteI vote for herringbone and navy. You NEED both. Plus you'll help 2 kiddo's instead of 1. ;)
ReplyDeleteI have the ash, the gold glitter and a pair of striped ones, too. LOVE them!
ReplyDeleteI second Becka :)
ReplyDeleteBut if I had to choose, I'd say gold herringbone. You can be comfy and a little glam at the same time...and that's usually impossible! Plus it has a cute lining. I'm a sucker for cute lining.
gold herringbone. They look cuter and they have the matching sole. That is what has held me back from getting them is that I don't like the mis-match sole, they can look like house-shoes that way!
ReplyDeleteNicole, now that you point out the lining, I have to say, I kind of love the elephants with the navy ones! And Charity, I never even noticed the sole... good observation!
ReplyDeleteI think the navy ones for sure, and if you get a second pair, the herringbone pair. The elephants in the navy lining are really too good to pass up...
ReplyDeleteI have the gold, and I love them! Though they don't really match with a lot of things (you have to go simple when your shoes are disco balls).
ReplyDeleteSo I got a red pair - and they are fantastic. I've worn Toms all around the world -- Seattle, San Fran, Paris -- and they will be on my list to take to China in January. When I travel, I tend to walk everywhere, and these are a must!
Natalie -- very true re: shoes being disco balls. Duly noted :) Thanks for the insight!
