Possible Curtain Fabric

Readers, I need your help! I am almost ready to pull the trigger on fabric for curtains for our dining area, but wanted to ask your opinion first. Just to refresh your memory, here's my inspiration for our living room/dining room, which is really just one large, open room:

It's Khandar Indigo by Robert Allen. The usual price is $34.99 per yard, but it's 50% off until Saturday, which puts it under my self-imposed limit of $20 per yard. BUT since the sale is only until Saturday, I must make a decision soon! So tell me: should I go for it?

    I like it a lot in this small sample, but I wonder if it could be too busy in a whole curtain.... Just make sure you test it out!

    Hi there! I just came across your blog after doing a google search for this very fabric. I am considering using it to recover a small seat cushion for a chair. Did you ever decide on it? Btw, hello fellow etsy'er :)

    Hi Ruffly Owl! I did end up buying the fabric and have held it up to its intended window and approved :) However, I haven't actually made the curtains yet... darn schedule. I hope that helps!
