Valentines: Woven paper hearts



The ladies of Bird & Banner, the duo behind this project, suggest making these woven paper hearts out of your leftover wedding invitations, but any lovely scrap will do! Instructions on Once Wed here.

Bonus! These lay flat for an easily-mailed valentine.
